I’ve absolutely loved putting these together. It’s given me a chance to really think about those stages of development, about which resources give fantastic play value, and interests and common themes that often arise around certain ages.

These guides don’t necessarily contain the most ‘instagrammable’ or ‘aesthetically pleasing’ toys. Nor do they necessarily follow current trends. They DO however offer a brilliant selection of toys which many have very much stood the test of time, been played with for years in many different ways, have tonnes of developmental benefits AND encourage active engagement.

ALL of the items linked are either items we HAVE ourselves, HAVE TRIED & TETSED, or would genuinely BUY myself. Nothing has been linked just for the sake of it. There’s a purpose behind every individually chosen thing.
